So, we are truly excited about what is in store for all of us as 2009
comes to a close and we open 2010 with a bang...

Just want to send a quick update out and let everyone know we are still working hard trying to make
adjustments to the site.
I have had some members ask why I haven't been sending updates out as much as I use to or why I haven't
answered their support tickets. So, I want to clear that up first. Some of you may already know that
my Mother has been very sick lately and I have been driving back and forth visting her and helping watch
after her as well. For those that don't know, she does has cancer. She has been fighting it for several
years now. Recently they found out that it had spread to her bones and after having to take her back
to the hospital a few days ago. They found out that it has now spread to her brain. They are now doing
radiation treatments to try and stop it. With that said, I have been trying to spend as much time with
her as possible. Plus, she requires that someone be with her at all times. Between my brother and sisters
we alternate watching after her. So, if I don't answer your tickets fast enough or you don't hear from
me that is the reason why. With that going on and having to drive so much, it does take a toll on me. I
do have my Netbook with me at times, but it's hard to be very productive when you have so much going on
around you.
Now back to the site. For those that have sent support tickets asking why earnings have not been posted.

We are still aiming for Wednesday to post earnings. I'm not sure yet how much it will be. We were able to
get a lot accomplished today, but still have more work ahead of us. Based on
revenue that has come in just from Ad Levels sales only in the past month or so. It's obvious that we are
going to have to take on some major changes to the program in order to survive. Some of the things we are
doing now are geared toward that.
For those that want the Rollover option, I will be sending an update out on that Tuesday. I want to give
as many as possible the option to take that. This was one of the main reasons for the delay on earnings
being posted.

Support Tickets
Hopefully I can catch up on the tickets that have been assigned to me. Chris has been answering as many
as he can. If you are asking about the earnings, your answer is above. Since I am limited on time, I may
not be able to answer them all. Especially if the answer is already on the site. For those that complain
or send nasty emails/tickets, they will be deleted. We are working very hard making changes and securing
the future of PIFT. The more support we have in these slow times, the better.
Upgrade Special
For those that took advantage of the Upgrade Special, I will be adding those bonus referrals to more of
your accounts tomorrow.
Script Changes
Will be working on scripts.

Our rebates were quite substantial last month. Over $1,000 went out to our members. We're very happy with the ongoing progress that we are making to move WindFallHits into the the long-term profit share business model. It's been a difficult task to transition from the old model that carries over all the adpacks. I'm sure you are beginning to get an idea of just how difficult it can be as you see several other revenue share programs follow our direction.
We appreciate your patience and your support during this time and have been offering support to our members in another way. We thought lowering the cash out minimum and not rolling over the earnings would be an advantage to members with small balances but it has not turned out that way. Not many have taken advantage of it. In fact, not rolling over cash balances is becoming an accounting problem. So we will be increasing the minimum cash out to avoid creating an imbalance in our program. We will post the new minimum as soon as we have it.
On another matter, we have been receiving complaints from members about some sites left in our rotators that are widely known to be not paying rebates. Although members should be managing their own websites, banners and text ads by replacing them with viable ads, they are not, so I have manually deleted these sites from the rotator: Ad-Ventures4U , 15AdsDaily and Pac4All. I will be removing banners for these sites too.

Revenue sharing starts again as of today, November 2nd. 2009.
Please remember you have to view minimum 90 websites a week to
qualify for revenue sharing.
REVENUE SHARING
Rebates are calculated on the 5th. of every month for the past calendar month.
Cash out minimum $10.00, cash outs will be processed on the 15th of every month.
The cashout button will stay activated for 48 hrs.
To qualify for revenue sharing you have to view minimum 90 websites a week.
There is NO Hit & Claus, which means you can cash out 100% of your earnings.
Earnings not cashed out will be auto upgraded as of the 1st. of the new month.
REFERRAL COMMISSIONS
Referral commissions are calculated on the 5th. of every month for the past calendar month.
Cashouts will be processed on the 15th. of every month together with the rebates.
The cashout button will stay activated for 48 hrs.
Referral commissions not cashed out will be auto upgraded as of the 1st. of the new month.
The next revenue sharing calculation will take place on December 5th. and cashouts
will take place on December 15th. 2009.
All pending websites, banners, text ads and support tickets will be processed over
the next 48 hrs.
